High Tea Events

Sparkish Delights gives you an opportunity to experience the British tradition of drinking tea while sitting in high-backed chairs at a table full of plated items such as crackers with butter, teacakes, fruitcakes, and of course, our flavorsome crepes. Hosting a High Tea Party is the perfect activity for any occasion

Private Events

For occasional and special events where only family, friends, and people known to the hosts are invited, or get-togethers often held in an intimate setting such as themed parties, birthdays, engagement parties, and wedding anniversaries, we can offer your guest mouth-watering delicacies.

Since 2017, we have been providing exquisite delicacies and specialized pastry creations from around the world. The Chef

Mrs Mukete Njike Sonia Epse Lifanda

Born in Ekondo Titi located in the South West region of Cameroon, Mrs. Mukete Njike Sonia Epse Lifanda has widened the frontiers of Catering and Event Management in the CEMAC Zone. As Chief Executive Officer and founder of Sparkish Delights, this company which specializes in exquisite delicacies, and pastry creation is rated among the best in the Central African Sub-region. Rated among the rare five-star catering services in Cameroon, it offers expertise in Black Tie, High Tea, Kids, and wedding events among others. Its culinary design triggers mouth-watering African, American, European, and Asian menus.

Her journey started years ago shortly after her marriage when her weekly routine of cooking for friends of her husband took a quantum leap in her passion for culinary delicacies. As the quality and appreciation mounted with increasing demand for her meals, it rang a bell and triggered the transformation of passion into commercial instincts. After her academic exploits in the trade in Dubai, the new Chef hit the ground in Cameroon running. She has been picking high-profile catering and Event Management contracts at the Presidency of the Republic, the Senate, and at the Services of the Prime Minister and Head of Government amongst many others.

01. Catch your desire

Here, we try to understand the kind of event you want. We confirm key information such as the number of attendees, location, and date of the event.

02. Show you what we can do

Now, you can ask us all your questions. We share the menu with you, get feedback and make the necessary adjustments.

03. Whip up a proposal

Having understood what you want we draft and share the event proposal. A 50% deposit is made and we are ready to deliver.

04. Deliver

Our passionate team gives you the perfect Sparkish touch, leaving your audience in a good mood.

What is your catering specialty?

Sparkish Delights provides exquisite delicacies and specialized pastry creations from around the world.

We provide Cameroonian, European, Asian, African, and American dishes.

Can Sparkish Delight Catering accommodate guests with dietary restrictions?

We absolutely accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies! We want every guest to fully enjoy their meal.

Our event coordinator will work with you to understand your guests’ specific needs. Additional charges are based on the accommodations required.

How far do you travel to cater for an event?

We cater for your events in and out of Cameroon.

Do you offer taste tests?

We offer taste test on request, with an attached fee.

How long have you been in business? /How do I know you are reliable?

With our track record of always happy guests since our inception in 2017, you can rest assured you are in good hands!

How soon do I need to book and give final orders?

We require that you book at least 14 days to the event.

However, we will do our best to accommodate any late/last-minute bookings as we understand some things are not planned.

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of any cancellation, 10% of the initial sum will be deducted from your 50% deposit and the balance sent back to you

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Failure to do will cause the project to be canceled. The full payment is required 14 days prior.

What are your payment methods?

We accept cash and bank transfers.

Does my quote/invoice include serving staff?

No! The fee for serving staff is different from the menu quote.

You will be charged 15000frs per waiter for 0-5 hours.

When is final payment?

The final payment on your invoice must be paid 14 days prior to your special day
